To keep downtimes as short as possible in the event of damage, an average of 8,000 genuine parts are on hand at MAN service centers – even for older models and special vehicles. 95% of all missing special parts are delivered to the workshop overnight as quickly as possible via the European Logistic Centers (ELC) set up by MAN. Thanks to optimized logistics processes, they benefit from improved order acceptance and delivery times as well as shorter downtimes at the workshops.

MAN Genuine Parts® ecoline are exchange parts that are reconditioned according to MAN Genuine Parts® standards either by MAN, the original manufacturer (OES), or by an external reconditioner. This means that a part that has already been used in a MAN vehicle is completely reconditioned and wear parts are always replaced. Thanks to this intensive reconditioning, the quality of MAN Genuine Parts ® ecoline corresponds to the quality of a new MAN Genuine Part. Therefore, we also grant the same warranty as on a new MAN original part®.
